Day 1 (Arrival / Liberia Airport): Arrive by air into Liberia International Airport. Upon arrival a representative from our ground operator will meet you outside customs and welcome you to Costa Rica. Transfer to & Overnight at a beautiful Beach Resort in Standard Deluxe Room.

Day 2: Relax on Beach or around the pool or go on one of the Optional Tours available. Have dinner in the hotel restaurant without having to go anywhere.  Great Sports Bar and watch for weekly BBQ Buffet Specials (B)

Day 3: Our guides will pick you up at 8 AM for the thrilling Cartegena Zip Line Canopy Tour. Drive time approximately 30 mins.  Zip through the tree-tops and have a blast.  Make your way from the canopy to the town of Ortega, where you will enjoy one of the best Costa Rican lunches imaginable.  You will drive past melon and papaya fields on your way to the Tempisque River Boat Tour.  This is the absolute best tour in the area for seeing birds, crocodiles and monkeys. Covered boat allows you to relax and see the wildlife.  White-faced monkeys often grace riders with a visit on board.  Have your camera ready.  Guides will drive you back to the hotel.  You should arrive around 6 PM – depending on how many photos you take on the way back.  (B/L)

Day 4: Relax or enjoy Optional Tours or Activities like Snorkeling or learn to Scuba Dive! (B)

Day 5:  Our guides will pick you up at 7 AM to take you on your FULL DAY adventure to Rincon de la Vieja Ranch. Typical Buffet Lunch included. Drive time 1-1/2 hrs.
Choose TWO activities for Day 5 (one AM Tour/one Aft Tour):
1) White Water Tubing (min age 10) – not for the meek and mild!
2) Canopy Tour with surprise features (min age 4 with guide)
3) Canyoning/Rappeling Tour – prepare to get WET, WET, WET (min age 10)
4) Horseback Riding or Hiking to Las Chorreras Waterfall with Blue Swimming Pool and Serene Beauty (min age 4 with parent)
5) 2 Hr Horseback Ride to La Victoria Waterfall- medium to strenuous hike on steep trails, creek crossings (min age 10 with parent) – better for experienced riders
6) Horseback Ride, then Hike the “Las Pailas” trails in Rincon de la Vieja National Park (min age 4 with parent) – not available on Mondays
7) Thermal Pools nestled in quiet serenity (all ages)
8) Natural Thermal pools and Volcanic mud (Optional Spa treatments are done in this area) (all ages)

Day 6 & 7: Relax or enjoy Optional Tours or Activities (B)

Day 8 (Departure) : Today, you return home. You will be picked up at your hotel three hours before your flight departure time and taken to the Liberia airport for your flight home. (B)
